How do I follow an order?

Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the details of the order. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day after we have received payment (if you have a credit account then the next working day after the order is made) - however if there is a problem you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Once the order is packed and ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail containing the invoice. You will also receive a hard copy of the invoice with your parcels.

You can track the progress of your order in the "My Account" section of the site by clicking on the "Order History" button.

Here you will see details of every order you have made, past and present.

Please note that if you are paying by bank transfer and you do not have a credit account, then we cannot ship your goods until we have received payment.
