Pro Forma

As standard, orders with Vape Base Ltd are made on a 'Pro Forma' basis.
Goods will pass to the purchaser only when payment is made in full. Prepayment is required on all orders.

Payment

Making payments is easiest via Bank Transfer, our Bank details are located on your Pro Forma Invoice which is sent to you upon completing your order at checkout, please include your Invoice Number as the reference to help us allocate your payment correctly.

Please note your order is processed upon receipt of payment and stock is allocated on a 'first come, first serve basis', please pay as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Payments received into our account before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Customs

Some of the items available on our website may be controlled under customs regulations in the country you are resident in. We will happily ship products to any country, however, it may be the case that in receiving products you are acting in conflict with the laws of your country. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are delayed or seized by customs in your country. All products are 100% legal to be shipped from the UK. We strongly advise that all customers check the legality of said products in their own country to avoid any dissapointment.
